My October Wedding on a Flower Farm (Part 2)
Our wedding was more beautiful and special than we ever could have imagined -- partly due to luck & perfect weather, and partly due to our incredibly talented friends and family without whom this event would never have been so bleeding PERFECT! And I use the term perfect loosely. I was definitely stringing together the escort card chart an hour before photos with the help of a team of slightly hung-over (but still gorgeous) bridesmaids. But I wouldn't have it any other way. Special thanks to our friend Chelsea Wakstein who catered our rehearsal dinner like a boss! And to Stephen Ockham who brewed us a big keg of gluten free Imperial Ale, which ruled hard.

warm dates stuffed with honey whipped goat cheese, garnished with fresh rosemary
grilled tomato, pesto polenta + cigilene mozzarella skewers
corn chip with butter sauteed sharondale mushrooms

roasted butternut squash, goat cheese and mushroom lasagna (gluten free : Jovial Foods Noodles arranged through IY)
pan seared + roasted applewood smoked wild alaskan salmon filets + diced tomato & fresh scallion “relish”
maple roasted brussels sprouts
balsamic roasted carrots and shallots garnished with orange zest
arugula + baby spinach salad with sliced apples, roasted bermuda onion and caramelized pecans with mustard vinaigrette
