This 14 min Breath Meditation with Mindful Movement is a real treat for slowing down and giving yourself a break.

Do you ever do yogic breath work? I was honestly a few years into my yoga practice before I realized how powerful breath-work (pranayama) is.

Proper and intentional breathing has been essential to breaking out of my old anxiety and stress patterns. And I’ve found it be profound for improving my meditations, exercise and focus.

Whenever I start to get anxious or feel overwhelmed I come back to breath-work and breathing meditations to calm and soothe. I’ve certainly needed this tool more than ever lately as my sensitive soul is hyper-attuned to the stress of the world.

I think we can all agree that the Pandemic has left us feeling anxious and depleted. So this week on youtube I’ve shared a slow, mindful breath practice that includes mindful movement. Take a break, check in with yourself and connect. Be well!
